Warranty
We make shipping mailer boxes that get your products to your customers intact. Each box keeps its shape under stacking pressure, stays closed through carrier handling, and fits the product it carries.
For small businesses, we build each mailer around the product you ship. It’s made to your dimensions in 18pt card stock, 24pt card stock, or corrugated board, depending on product weight. Each mailer has a self-locking closure, and we add protective inserts where the order needs them.
Shipping Mailer Boxes Made to Your Product’s Dimensions
We die-cut mailer boxes to your product’s length, width, and height.
A snug fit adds about 1/8 inch of clearance on each side, roughly 1/4 inch across each dimension. That limits movement and void fill while keeping the product from pressing against the walls during packing and transit. If you use an insert, include it in your measurements.
For products that fit standard dimensions, we also offer stock sizes, including 6 × 4 × 3 inches and 9 × 7 × 2.25 inches. But The Premier Packaging is known for making custom boxes for SMBs. So rest assured that we’ve got you covered if your product doesn’t fit premade box dimensions.
Card Stock or Corrugated Board, Matched to Product Weight
We make mailer boxes in 18pt card stock, 24pt card stock, and corrugated board in E-flute (1/16 inch) or B-flute (1/8 inch). Without specifying any sizes, we want to make it clear that we aren’t limited to offering premade box dimensions only.
For informational purposes, know that 18pt card stock suits smaller, lighter products, and 24pt adds rigidity for larger mailers. For heavier or bulkier products over 5 lb, we recommend E-flute or B-flute corrugated boards to withstand stacking, compression, and drops in transit.
We match the board to the product’s weight and dimensions rather than defaulting to the thickest option.
A Closure Built Into the Box
Our shipping mailer boxes come with a roll-end tuck-front construction: the box locks closed through its own folded structure, with no tape or glue required. Packing stays fast when you ship orders every day, and the locked structure keeps the package closed in transit.
Protective Inserts Where the Product Needs Them
When a product needs extra support, we add cardboard, corrugated, or foam inserts cut to fit the product. Inserts hold the product in position so it doesn’t shift in transit, and the box walls resist pressure from outside.
Size, Board, and Construction Chosen Together
We set box size, board, closure, and fit as one specification. A box that is too large leaves room for the product to shift. A box that is too small presses on the product. A board that is too thin may not protect the product in transit.
Full-Color Printing on the Box You Ship
Your mailer is the first packaging your customer handles.
We print in full color (CMYK), with Pantone (PMS) matching for exact brand colors, on the outside or on both the outside and inside. You can add your logo, contact details, handling marks such as “Fragile,” or other artwork directly to these shipping mailer boxes.
Our free design support includes a flat-view proof and a 3D mock-up, with physical samples available on request, so you can approve the box before production.
Get Your Box Specification Right
To request a quote, send us:
- Your product’s length, width, and height, including any insert
- Approximate weight
- Order quantity
- The carrier you ship with, such as USPS or FedEx
- Any protection concerns, such as fragile parts
From these details, we recommend the size, material, construction, printing, and inserts. We also help with custom artwork and structural design.
Order Custom Mailer Boxes
Pricing of our shipping boxes starts as low as $0.47 per unit, but the accurate cost depends on factors like box size, material, printing, and order quantity. Orders start from a few units of boxes up to tens of thousands of boxes — no need for huge upfront box investment. Enjoy free shipping across the USA. Choose your desired box size, material, construction, and printing, then send your requirements for a quote: call (727) 629-1270 or email inquiry@thepremierpackaging.com.

UV Coating
A liquid coating that is cured instantly with ultraviolet light to create scuff-resistant matte surface.
Spot UV Coating
A UV coating applied only to selected areas (like logos or text). Used for contrast and visual impact.
Soft Touch Coating
A coating that creates a smooth, velvet like feel to add a premium tactile experience. Can slightly reduce scratch resistance if not laminated.
Varnish
A thin, clear liquid coating applied during printing using the printing press (CMYK process).
Lamination
A plastic film bonded to the printed surface for strong protection against moisture, tearing, and wear.
Anti-Scratch Lamination
A special BOPP film lamination designed to resist scratches and scuffs to prevent fingerprints and surface marks.
Soft Touch / Silk Lamination
A laminated film with a silky, peach-skin texture that feels soft and luxurious in hand.
Offset Printing
It utilizes metal plates and a rubber blanket to transfer ink to paper. It’s ideal for large runs to get sharp detail and color consistency.
Digital Printing
Prints directly from digital files without plates. Ideal for short runs, fast turnaround, and cost-effective small quantities.
UV Printing
Ink is cured instantly using UV light, creating durable prints with gloss or raised effects on coated and specialty surfaces.
Water-based Ink
Made with water and pigments instead of solvents. More eco-friendly than oil inks, commonly used in paper packaging.
Soy / Vegetable Ink
Uses soy or vegetable oils with pigments. Offers vibrant color and lower VOCs, but not fully impact-free.
Oil Based Ink
Petroleum-based ink that delivers rich, durable color. Traditional and effective, but less sustainable and harder to recycle.
Pantone (PMS Colors)
Standardized color system using exact ink formulas to ensure consistent and accurate brand colors across print jobs.
Pantone Metallic
Pantone inks with metallic particles for shiny finishes. Used for premium looks but can reduce recyclability.
SBS C1S
Premium bleached white board, coated on one side for sharp prints. Recyclable; biodegradable if coating is eco-friendly.
SBS C2S
Premium bleached white board, coated on both sides for quality prints inside and out. Coating affects its biodegradability.
CCNB
Duplex board with white front and gray back, mostly recycled. Clay coating may limit biodegradability.
Fully Recycled CCNB
Board from 100% recycled fiber, coated on one side. Recyclable; coating may affect biodegradability.
Natural Brown Kraft
Brown kraft board from virgin and recycled pulp. Strong, eco-friendly, mostly uncoated. Recyclable & biodegradable.
White Kraft
Bleached kraft board from virgin and recycled pulp. Coated or uncoated; recyclable, biodegradable if coating is eco-safe.
Black Kraft
Black-dyed kraft from virgin and recycled pulp. Recyclability depends on dye/coating; less biodegradable than natural kraft.
Uncoated Unbleached Kraft
Natural kraft board, no bleaching or coating. Fully recyclable, fully biodegradable, very sustainable.
Hot Foil Stamping
A printing process where metallic or pigmented foil is transferred onto a surface using heat and pressure to create a shiny, decorative effect.
Cold Foil Printing
Foil is transferred onto a surface without heat using UV-curable adhesives and a printing press. Suitable for high-speed commercial printing and flexible materials.
Blind Embossing
A design is raised on a surface without any foil or color, using a die pressed from the front side of the material. This creates a subtle, tactile effect.
Blind Debossing
A design is pressed inward into the material from the front side, creating an indented effect without foil or ink.
Registered Embossing
Embossing that aligns precisely with another printed element (like a logo or foil). Ensures the raised design matches the printed artwork.
Combination Embossing
Embossing combined with foil stamping in a single pass. Produces a raised design that also has a metallic or colored foil finish.
Window Patching
A die-cut opening on packaging is covered with a thin plastic film. Give customers a chance to see the inside of packaging for visibility purposes.

Measurement for the density of the paper stock.
PT
Measurement for the thickness of the paper stock.
Flute
Fiberboard arches sandwiched between two linerboards.
